Land Your First Client

Approach 1 school you already know personally — offer a FREE AI audit
Document everything: before/after, time saved, cost implications
Turn that into a case study (PDF or simple webpage)
Reach out to 2–3 more schools using that case study as proof
Offer a starter package: "AI Readiness Assessment" for ¥30,000–¥50,000

Phase 03

Productize Your Service

Create 2–3 packaged offerings (Assessment, Implementation, Staff Training)
Target corporate English training providers — they have bigger budgets
Develop a staff training workshop: "AI Tools for English Teachers" — sell to chains
Build a small network of freelance developers who can build what you design

Go Independent or Join a Firm
